At 8 years of age, Pablo Pizarro Jr, the middle child of three, found himself under the supervision of his grandmother. His older sister Brenda and younger brother Carlos also relied on their grandmother's care, as their biological parents were unable to look after them due to severe drug and alcohol addiction.

Unfortunately, Pablo's grandmother became unable to care for them due to her own illness. She faced the heartbreaking decision of contacting family services to find a foster home for Pablo and his siblings, given their parents' ongoing struggles with substance abuse.

During this time, Pablo would attend prayer service and Sunday school. As the scheduled appointment with family services approached, Pablo went to church with the belief that it could be his final prayer service. He approached his pastor and requested a prayer that could change his life forever. He expressed, "I don't want to go to a foster home, and I need prayer. If the Lord saves my family, I will speak to everyone about God."

To his surprise, God answered Pablo's prayer the following day. Tearfully, his grandmother declared, "There is no way that I will give my grandchildren to a government agency." She promptly called family services and canceled the appointment.

"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." (Mark 11:24, New International Version)

Since then, Pablo Pizarro Jr began to see God's plan unfold in his life. From his early teenage years, he dedicated himself to reaching out to families in need. Currently, he serves as the Lead Pastor of Temple Rock Community Church in Newark, NJ, one of the largest churches in the city. Additionally, he holds the position of Presbyter for the Spanish Fellowship of the Assemblies of God in NJ, overseeing numerous churches. Pablo has also served as a Newark Police Chaplain for 21 years and previously served as the pastor of Lighthouse Assembly of God. He was a former board member of My Brothers Keeper in Newark, NJ, under Mayor Ras J Baraka, and advocates for justice and mercy within the community. Currently, Pastor Pablo has taken the initiative to adopt local schools and bridge the gap between the community, teachers, and students. As Pastor Pablo emphasizes, "Schools and their staff need a chaplain too."

In addition to his pastoral work, Pastor Pablo has contributed to various organizations and initiatives:

- The City of Newark's "Civilian Complaint Review Board"

- Coordinator of The North Ward Interfaith Clergy Alliance of Newark NJ

- Regional Representative for the NJ Coalition of Latino Pastors and Ministers

- Member of NALEC (National Latino Evangelical Coalition)

- Current member of the Essex County Correctional Facility Task Force

- Advocate for a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families and survivors of domestic violence

Pablo is a graduate of Global University, with a concentration in Pastoral Leadership. He is also a Certified Speaker and Coach with the John Maxwell group, as well as a Certified National Parenting Coach with the National Parenting University.

Furthermore, Pablo Pizarro is the lead speaker for "The Valiente Group," an organization committed to raising awareness about the importance of nurturing healthy black and brown boys and reducing gender-based violence.

Pablo Pizarro is happily married to his wife of 25 years, Erika Pizarro, and they have two beautiful children, Savannah (25) and Zack (23).

Dr. Melissa Alfaro and her husband of 20 years are Senior Pastors of The Tabernacle (known as Tab Church) in Houston, Texas. She is an ordained minister with the Texas Louisiana Hispanic District of the Assemblies of God. Since the fall of 2017, she has served as an Executive Presbyter representing the Under 40 Ministers for the Assemblies of God. She is a preacher, educator, writer, and blogger and has had the privilege of collaborating with the Influence Magazine, My Healthy Church, and the AG Network of Women Ministers. She loves to chronicle her personal journey on her blog Melissa’s Memoirs. It is her desire to help individuals have an intimate relationship with God, become rooted in His Word, and enjoy their journey as they live out their God-given purpose. Her greatest assignment and delight is being “mommy” to her beautiful children, J. David III, and Jalissa Jael.

Dr. Mark T. Jackson, a native of Youngstown, Ohio, is the Founder and Lead Pastor of The Light Church of Youngstown and Akron, OH. With an impressive ministerial career spanning over three decades, Dr. Jackson has dedicated himself to the service of others.

Alongside his pastoral commitment, Dr. Jackson serves as the Choral Music Teacher at East High School. For the past 11 years, he has taught music education in the inner cities of Youngstown and Warren, Ohio. In addition to his teaching role, he founded the Genesis School of the Creative & Performing Arts.

Dr. Jackson’s spiritual journey began in the Church of God In Christ, where he obtained his license as a minister and served as an ordained Elder for 15 years. His dedication and commitment led him to The Word Church in Cleveland, Ohio, where he faithfully served as the Director of Music & Creative Arts and Staff Elder for 11 years. Under the guidance of his Pastor, Dr. R. A. Vernon, Dr. Jackson flourished in his role and contributed significantly to the church’s growth.

Demonstrating his commitment to lifelong learning, Dr. Jackson’s pursuit of knowledge is evident. He holds four earned degrees, including a Bachelor of Music from Dana School of Music, a Master of Science in Education Administration from Youngstown State University, a Master of Arts in Practical Theology and a Doctoral of Ministry degree from Ashland Theological Seminary.

The musical talents of Pastor Mark have garnered worldwide acclaim, earning him nominations for both Stellar and Grammy Awards. His compositions have been recorded by esteemed Gospel Recording Artists, including Pastor Shirley Caesar, J.J. Hairston, and Maranda Curtis, among others. Pastor Mark’s multifaceted artistic abilities span across various domains, including piano performance, songwriting, music production, preaching, composition, choral direction, education, and pastoral leadership.

Above all, Pastor Mark’s faith in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior remains the cornerstone of his life. He embraced his faith at the tender age of ten and heeded the call to ministry. His unwavering passion is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and he lives by the mantra, “To God be the glory, for the things He has done.”

Joe Oden burns for revival and awakening. He is a product of revival himself. He was saved and delivered from drugs during the Brownsville Revival, and he has never been the same. Joe has spent the last twenty-five years traveling throughout America and the world, equipping and mobilizing the body of Christ to share the gospel and reach the lost. His heart burns with the desire to see people transformed by the power and presence of Jesus. He currently serves as the national prayer and evangelism director for the Assemblies of God; director of the Assemblies of God World Prayer Center; and as the evangelism commission chairman for PCCNA (Pentecostal/Charismatic Churches of North America). In addition, Joe authors several books and serves on different councils and boards, including ACPE (Association for Clinical Pastoral Education) and the executive committee for the Global Evangelist Alliance, a division of Empowered 21. Joe will graduate with an earned doctorate degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in May of 2024.
